Born in El Paso, Texas, Anahi attended several schools before finding stability at Del Valle High School in 1996. During her time at Del Valle, she was actively involved in sports and school activities, participating in volleyball, track, theater, flag corp, and cheerleading. Her achievements include winning the Lip Sync contest and being honored as homecoming duchess and princess during her high school years.
After graduating, Anahi continued her education at the University of Texas El Paso. In 2018, she shifted her focus to bodybuilding, and by 2019, she became an IFBB professional bodybuilder, competing in the prestigious Las Vegas USA Bodybuilding Championships. Alongside her bodybuilding career, Anahi has been vocal about mental health and substance use challenges on social media, gaining over half a million followers on TikTok and Instagram. She uses her platform to raise awareness, share her journey, and inspire others.
Despite facing hardships, Anahi remains dedicated to making a positive impact on her community. She has been married for 13 years and is the proud mother of four children.
